About the company and role
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established profitable company that manufactures permanent Modular Buildings (building reg compliant). They sell these into Education, Commercial, Health and MOD environments acting as a norm as principal contractor / or as a specialist supplier to a Main Contractor on very large projects. Their buildings are fully designed, estimated and manufactured in house as well as being delivered by their own construction management team.
You will be leading a team of field-based sales professionals from the front who sell our clients permanent modular building offering. Personally involved in helping to land projects and ensuring compliance with your employer's policies on risk and fair contract acceptance.
About you
Easily commutable to your office base in South Wales on a daily basis in order that you can work closely with the senior management team and have access to all the other divisions that support your efforts (pre-construction and manufacturing). A sales management background gained in Modular Buildings.
