You will join a busy team to provide an efficient data and clerical support to the Sales and Estimating department.
You will have competent I.T. and data entry skills and office experience as well as a high level of attention to detail, effective organisational and communication skills (both and orally and written), and experience of providing excellent customer service.
Assist the Sales and Estimating team in all daily activities and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain approved customer price lists prior to sending by the Sales Representative/Estimator
Maintaining customer information on the company customer relationship manager (CRM) ensuring that the data recorded is entered onto the specific database completely and accurately
Assist with marketing information and general promotional emailer's /mailshots
Ensure all Sales and Estimating reports are complete and timely
Operate a variety of standard office machines including pc, a variety of computer software including Microsoft Office, Company CRM, phone, and photocopying machine
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and relevant staff, as necessary.
Maintains customer confidence whilst keeping information confidential.
Send “Welcome sales packs” to new and existing customers.
Order and maintain relevant office supplies.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as and when required.
