Our client a well established family run company who specialise in design, supply and installation of a wide range all types of storage solutions are looking for a Sales Estimator to join their busy team, based in Essex.
Experience in working with AutoCAD LT, Revit 2015 to current, Canva, ACT1 marketing automation or similar would be advantageous.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will also work alongside the Business Development Manager. Primarily you will be ensuring timely and accurate quotes and proposals as requested by their clients.
The Role:
- Be first contact for sales calls & emails ensuring this is carried out in a timely manner and you are ensuring colleagues are updated as needed.
- Ensuring account information is fully updated, recorded and maintained on CRM and accounts systems.
- Provide quotes as requested to customers. These can vary from small projects to large tenders.
- Manage quotes provided to customers ensuring follow ups are made, then updating the senior managers with the pipeline as requested.
- Assist with on-going improvement of relationships and sales with established customers by increasing contact to identify customers needs, trends and new product sales.
- Update and maintain company media channels.
- Assist with production and monitoring of email marketing campaigns.
- General support to both the Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
The Person:
- A confident self-starter with drive and motivation.
- Must have a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with Sage 50/ACT! CRM or similar systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (this may vary when business demands). Occasional overtime may be required.
