Location: Middlewich, Cheshire

Salary: Competitive (Estimated range GBP40,000 - GBP55,000)

Responsibilities:

Estimation:

• Accurately assess and calculate project costs.
• Perform take-offs from architectural drawings and plans to identify, calculate, and quantify materials required for quotation.
• Provide competitive and compelling quotes to clients

Accounts Functions:

• Manage invoicing processes efficiently.
• Handle purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Process credit notes and maintain financial records using Sage software

Logistics Booking:

• Coordinate and book logistics for timely product deliveries.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.

Customer Communication:

• Field phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Respond to email inquiries with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimation and sales support roles.
• Construction industry experience is beneficial
• Competency in handling various accounts functions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using relevant software for estimation and office management.
