Sales professional needed!
We’re looking for a top-performing Sales Executive to be based in our client’s Plymouth office, promoting their quality paper products to schools across the south of England.

Job details

• Salary: £25,000 – plus an uncapped commission giving a total salary of £35,000
• Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30
• 39 weeks of the year – term time only!
• Office working

The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager and will actively build relationships with potential clients, fulfilling face-to-face appointments, and closing orders.
As the Sales Executive, you will be:

• Focused on telesales activities to win and retain clients, selling their portfolio of paper products including copier and coloured paper, laminating pouches and similar consumable items.
• Handling incoming enquiries and dealing with customer service enquiries
• Using the Customer Record Management (CRM) system to record notes and action points.

You'll be experienced doing outbound calls and working to KPIs, and will love picking up the phone and speaking to potential clients. 
Qualities needed as the successful Sales Executive:

• Strong commitment to genuine customer care
• A successful track record of closing orders for consumable products
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• High levels of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Excellent and demonstrable telephone skills
• Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Applications
• Enthusiasm and commitment to achieve results
• Dedication to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the CRM
