Sales Executive

Our client based in Lincolnshire, is a highly established family run business who specialise in providing top tier energy-efficient solutions for some of the country’s most successful and impressive household brands. They are dedicated and committed to helping businesses save on energy costs and reducing their carbon footprint, enabling them to become more sustainable.

Due to the exciting expansion within the business, they currently have exciting opportunities for Sales Executives to join their highly successful and expanding team.

Duties include:

• Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients to present and promote the companies products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• To conduct effective customer audits
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets maintaining a close relationship.
• Prepare and deliver your own customer presentations to close the sale.
• Complete all reports and documentation within a timely manner.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain customer and prospective new business records with the CRM database.

Experience:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• 3 years minimum experience in sales, desirably within the electrical industry.
• Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Must hold a Full UK/Ireland clean driving license.
