Sales Executive – Lettings

If you are driven, resilient and ambitious then a dynamic property company based in the West-End of Edinburgh City Centre is looking for you to join their Lettings team as a Sales Executive. Office based.

£25k per annum, plus generous bonus structure and £3k car allowance

• Carry out property viewings, virtual and in person
• Carry out pre marketing inspections
• Negotiating terms of lets with landlords and tenants
• Maximising rent and maintaining a high occupancy level
• Assist with the marketing of the properties
• Work to set department and team targets
• Networking and lead generation
• Tenant retention

• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
• Provide outstanding levels of customer service at all times
• Excellent communication with clients essential to form effective working relationships
• Motivated, proactive, hard-working, driven and well organised. 
• A proven track record of working as a team player supporting other members
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude and approach to work
• Driving license and own vehicle essential
• Must have previous sales experience, which could include, hospitality, retail, property etc.
