Permanent Part Time (2 days per week)
Hours are 10 to 5pm Tuesday and Wednesday with one weekend in four as part of rota.
Here at Lovell, we are now looking for a Sales Executive for our developments in Weymouth.
As a Sales Executive, you ll deal effectively with sales enquiries to maximise the conversion rate from enquiry to reservation. You ll be pro-active in managing, identifying, and achieving sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange processes. Sales will be managed through the use of recommended solicitors and independent financial advisors. You ll carry out home demonstrations as and when required, build good working relationships with the site project teams, and follow the Lovell Customer Care procedure, to guarantee customer satisfaction and a loyal customer base.
We re looking for someone who has experience in housing sales, ideally new build, and who can work on their own initiative as part of an established team. Your previous experience will mean you understand the house purchase process and have knowledge of financial products, data protection, PMA, money laundering and the legal process. With excellent communication skills and a friendly yet professional manner, you ll have exemplary presentation skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
