We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our experienced Sales Team who are paramount to building excellent customer relations as they are the first point of contact. Our customers return thanks to our well informed, friendly, and helpful sales team who deal with queries about products, orders and deliveries. Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generator to join our Sales Team. The Lead Generator will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential leads within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation establishments.

2. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with prospects.

3. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.

4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

5. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

6. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

8. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities to the sales manager.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar lead generation or sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Motivated and target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
