Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Office Based
Location: SE1, London
Hours: Mon - Fri , 10am - 6pm
Key Tasks:
- Primarily you will be direct messaging potential clients across various social channels to generate leads for salespeople.
- You will also need to regularly engage with potential and existing customers on Social Media.
- Generate and track Sales Leads.
- Update customer data on CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Proven success in lead generation and sales via Social Media.
- A really strong knowledge of football , sports and other entertainment markets
- Expertise in Social Media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Analytical skills with data interpretation capability.
- Self-driven with a focus on results.
- Sports industry experience beneficial but not mandatory.
Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of football and major sports, current trends, influencers, and celebrity culture.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, WeChat).
- Highly organised, methodical, and productive.
- Adaptable, motivated, and passionate.
- Self-starter with goal orientation.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on exceeding performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate interest and responses via Social Media.
- Analyze social and e-commerce metrics for lead generation.
- Input opportunities into the CRM system.
- Engage with online communities to boost interactions and leads.
- Execute objectives as directed by management.
- Stay informed about marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Meet and track lead generation and sales targets.
- Uphold brand image as guided by your manager.
- Occasionally assist in exhibits and company operations.
