We are recruiting exclusively for a successful and leading company near Stansted who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator on a permanent basis.
You will work closely with the established accounts team. This would be a role in the office full-time and due to their location, you would need to drive
Your main duties in this role will include:
- Recording payments
- Dealing with account receivable queries
- Uploading invoices
- Monitoring self-billing payments
- Dealing with adhoc accounts duties
- Monitoring email inbox
- Helping with Credit Control
Key Requirements for the role:
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise their workload efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Credit control or Sales Ledger experience would be a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Previous use of accountancy packages/ systems
- AAT or further study or QBE
