Sales Ledger Clerk

A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk, on behalf of our client based in Dartford.

Duties will include:

• Raising Sales Ledger invoices
• Paying good attention to sales and rate card rules
• Processing credit notes
• Making amendments to invoices where required
• Raising of sub contractors and manual invoices
• Providing cover for the Purchase Ledger team when needed
• Ad hoc admin duties

You will require:

• Minimum 2 years experience with Sales Ledger
• Good IT literacy, including Excel and word
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Work well within a team
• General accounts knowledge
• Due to location you will require your own transport

8:30am - 5pm
