We are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient running of credit checks, project loading, and invoicing procedures, while meeting strict deadlines.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Set up and credit check new customers.
• Create sites in I-Care, Spectrum & Netsuite.
• Set up jobs and acknowledge customers.
• Manage variations on jobs.
• Issue monthly statements to customers.
• Handle consolidated billing and invoice jobs.
• Assist with credit control.
• Address invoice queries and post customer invoices onto their portals.
• Manage retentions and other duties as required by operational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent organisational and numeracy skills.
• O Level / GCSE Maths / English.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Netsuite is advantageous but not essential.
