About the Client: I am thrilled to represent a rapidly expanding managed brokerage located in Knightsbridge. since starting out this company has achieved significant milestones, boasting properties under offer up to the value of £8m.
The Role: Our client are actively seeking a highly motivated Sales & Lettings Broker the role will be heavily focused on new business development and process setup and meeting and providing a bespoke services to buyers, vendors and tenants. The team, currently consisting of 6 professionals, operates with a strong emphasis on morning activities dedicated to new business and buyer interactions, followed by meetings, coffees, and lunches in the afternoons.
Candidate Profile: We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in renowned London agencies. Our client values a strong personality fit with the business, preference will be given to those with a proven track record in winning new business in the super prime market. We are keen to meet candidates who are eager to make an immediate impact and ideally finalize the hiring process ASAP.
Package: The package is flexible and tailored to the candidate. Open to discussing guarantees for the first 3-6 months, transitioning to commission-only. The commission structure allows for up to 50%, providing an OTE of £100k.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead new business development in the super prime market.
* Establish and manage processes for the lettings and sales side of the business.
* Collaborate with the team on broader super prime market initiatives.
* Contribute to the growth and success of the private office consultancy.
