Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Are you a Sales or Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career?

Location: North London - Enfield

We are seeking either a Sales or Lettings Negotiator to join this expanding team in North London. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and securing new tenants/buyers, negotiating rental/sales agreements, and maintaining relationships with landlords/vendors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

You'll be given the best of both worlds with exposure to both the Sales and Lettings market. This requires someone to be able to work at a fast pace, and in return earn more throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new tenants for rental/sale properties
• Negotiate rental/sale agreements and manage the letting/sales process
• Maintain relationships with landlords/vendors
• Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
• Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience as EITHER a Sales or Lettings Negotiator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
