Form of workOur client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency is currently seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Colchester.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Sales & Lettings also, have local knowledge of the Colchester market.
The successful Sales & Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary £22,500
- OTE of £32,000 (Uncapped)
- Ongoing training and support
- Career progression
- 5 day working week
Sales & Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Experience working in Sales & Lettings
- Knowledge of the Colchester market
- Self-motivated
- Be a team player
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:
- Negotiating offers for both Sales & Lets
- Upselling the company services
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Promote properties through advertisements and open houses.
- General admin
- Initiate and manage tenant referencing.
- Ensure third-party referrals are made to letting applicants when applying.
