About: We're in search of a driven Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into the domestic market. Operating on an Energy-as-a-Service platform, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to save customers money while reducing their environmental impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the scaling of the sales process, ensuring our message of sustainable energy reaches every corner of the community.
- Recruit top-tier sales talent who share our passion for sustainability and possess a relentless drive for growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deploy effective outreach strategies, including targeted local radio campaigns.
- Develop and execute sales initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the domestic market.
- Utilize your expertise to identify and onboard Sales Managers for strategic cities, building high-performing sales teams under your guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid background in sustainability, or a degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success in B2C sales roles, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of assembling and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Previous managerial experience in sales.
