SalarySales Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £35-40k plus £10k commission plus benefits
We are looking for a Sales Manager who has experience within the Truck, Rental or Car Rental industry. This role of a Sales Manager is a great opportunity to work with our client and deliver on the highest levels of sales and customer service. The role of the Sales Manager will be to initiate and build strong trading partnerships with customer organisations that fit the 'ideal customer profile’ of our client within the Rental industry.

Skills needed to succeed as a Sales Manager are:
- Track record of selling into a rental vehicle/truck rental marketplace
- Negotiate effectively with clients
- Growing a territory of existing accounts through referrals
- Commission based selling experience, also experience of working within a Sales team
- Going out to meet with clients from appointments you have set
- Driven to win new business through relationship building
- Responsible for your own activity, planning and prioritising for sales success
- Effective onboarding of rental customers
- Have a full understanding of commercial vehicle specifications and keeping up to date with relevant legislation
- Produce rental reports
- Keep in touch with all client developments as well as competitor activity
As well as having Sales experience within this industry sector you will need to be:
- Proven Sales person that is able to produce results
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting with clients face to face
- Negotiation skills
- Passionate and committed
