With a client base of over 500 business including some of the largest organisations in the UK Health & Social Care market, we deliver education in both the classroom and through our virtual suite.
As part of our ever growing team, CBAT is looking to bring someone in to fulfil the roles of Sales Manager.
The position will allow for remote working if chosen, however a requirement will be to attend the Head Office in Southport as a minimum once per week. This will be to complete strategic meetings with the Account Managers and existing New Business Sales Team.
The Salary for this role will be £40,000 per year plus expenses and commission package.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Person to move into a leadership role in a fast paced expanding company.
Prospective Sales Managers should have three to five years’ experience working in the sales field. Preferably they should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.
The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about mobilising Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.

- Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps
Your duties will include;
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
