You would be joining an established, market-leading and ever expanding exhibition production business to help them generate revenue across a portfolio of Healthcare events. This role will set you up with brilliant opportunities for internal growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that will keep you hungry for more!
What will this role include?
- Ensuring both individual and team revenue targets are being met, or exceeded
- Developing new revenue opportunities through new business as well as up-selling and cross-selling to existing accounts
- Acting as a lead example to junior sales team members and providing support where needed
- Continuous market analysis to keep up with industry trends followed by an implementation of relevant findings into the development of complex sales strategies
- Deliver the campaign strategy as set out by the Show Manager
You must possess:
- Strong sponsorship, exhibition or media sales experience
- Excellent business development skills involving high activity and output.
- Demonstrable ability to successfully generate revenue via new business as well as account management
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Result driven, enthusiastic attitude and a personable character
- No management experience required
