Job description

Optimise by Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturer of energy saving products, who have over 28 years of experience in the industry. Their main mission is to create a greener and more affordable future for all. 

They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team, and help grow the business by bringing in new partnerships with other resellers. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current reseller partners, providing mentoring and support to maximise sales.
  • Identify new dedicated reseller partners
  • Organise and conduct comprehensive eco-max reseller partner training sessions to ensure their success.
  • Meet and exceed set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial concept to deal closure, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide necessary resources and support to reseller partners to facilitate their tasks and sales.
  • Effectively manage department resources and prioritize workloads to meet service standards.
  • Continuously update own knowledge and monitor the team's understanding of regulations, company products, processes, and procedures.
  • Utilize and update the CRM system for recording activities and generating reports.
  • Ensure adherence to the full sales cycle, from concept to completion, in order to close deals successfully.

Our client is looking for the following skills set;

  • Demonstrated track record in a high-pressure sales role
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to support partners with presentations and closing deals
  • Experience in account management or partner management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management background
  • Personal integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Effective prioritization skills for managing a busy workload
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and able to complete tasks within time limits.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve a goal.
  • Polite and helpful with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Passionate about saving energy, carbon, and helping mitigate climate change.
  • Industry experience is preffered but not essential
  • Proven, strong leadership / management qualities and skills is desirable
