Our client is a leading independent Catering and event business based in Birmingham with clients across the greater Midlands. The company focuses on high-end Weddings, Events and Corporate Catering. These guys are excellent at what they do, and business is booming. To that end, we are searching for a highly organised Sales Manager to drive the company's growth in all areas.
What qualities & experience are we looking for in the successful Sales Manager?
- Highly organised and driven
- A passion for and knowledge of, food and Events
- Someone who builds rapport quickly and nurtures strong relationships
- An active listener who pays close attention to client's preferences and expectations
- Experience in sales is preferred but not essential - the passion for food, cuisine, events and hospitality is the key driver for our client
