Unbelievably exciting NEW Sales Manager opportunity to launch the Florence by Mills fashion brand into the UK/EU.

You will be a proactive self starter; a brand ambassador who will strategically lead, engage and deliver results within B2B fashion retail/etail.  Based from an office in North London and reporting to a US Head Office, you will be the ‘boots on the ground’ for this fresh, inclusive and affordable multicategory Apparel Brand with sustainable values!.

Accountable for scoping the region, identifying accounts, negotiating contracts and sales across multi-channels. You will also continually feed back to your US team on competitive market and analysis, and provide weekly sales reports. 

Sales ManagerCelebrity Apparel Brand

  • New business development; scope, target and develop relationships with Buyers, drive sales opportunities across multi-channels to market.
  • Forge lasting relationships with key customers, driving sell thru, and look for additional revenue streams. 
  • Manage appointments during sales season in UK/Paris, presenting new collections, negotiating and ensuring OTBs are met with each client and chasing through orders.
  • Identify market and industry trends, ensuring all knowledge is regularly communicated including barriers to market. Feedback intelligence on pricing architecture, new product, promotional opportunities that could be capitalised upon.
  • Forecasting budgets for each season and ensuring targets are met.
  • Negotiate and implement commercial operations ie. pop ups, trainings, sales incentives, VM support and supporting the marketing team with initiatives.
  • Compile weekly sales reports, any product or market analysis reports as required.

Sales ManagerCelebrity Apparel Brand

  • Min. 2+ years background in wholesale, business development, B2B fashion sales,  opening and managing business with high street, etailers, department stores is essential.
  • A proven track record of winning new business to deliver results and achieve targets.
  • Experience of bringing a new licensed brand to market. 
  • A strong brand and product sensibility.
  • Hands on, detail orientated and organised with confident management skills.
  • Strong communicator, ability to build relationships with a variety of partners.
  • Competent in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and formulating strategies to meet business goals.
  • Proficient in MS Office ie. EXCEL for reporting,
  • Fluent in English essential; proficiency in other European languages would be advantageous.
  • Ability to travel independently, attend trade fairs, present to UK/European retailers, etail and department stores.
