Field Sales ManagerA brilliant Business Development role within an existing client / account base A role for an accomplished networker with gritted teeth, determination, and a growth mentality!
Selling a technical service and product to Facilities management companies inside the M25!
Circa GBP50,000 basic, plus GBP6,000 car allowance: On target earnings of between GBP65k-85K year 1
100% growth from 100% account management & ready-made leads and opportunities. Zero cold calling This is a what else, where else role to open more doors and build and keep relationships!
This would suit a motivated business developer with some technical mind set (engineering related)
but personality, drive and can-do energy is essential, with the customer at the heart of everything you do! A wicked SMB on the way up. Super customer focussed.
Engineering / Pumps 90% Account Management / Development Growing the network and account base in the South East.

We are looking for someone with brilliant proactive sales skills, drive and enthusiasm, who wants to grab hold of an account base and ready-made leads and drive the business forward
Basic Salary circa GBP50,000 with on target earnings uncapped GBP70,000 - GBP80,000 plus Car Allowance (GBP6K) Holidays and more!
Business Development - Field Sales - Technical Sales - Sales - Customer service - Growth

The Role:

  • Work with existing customers to expand your reach across more sites and retain and grow your revenue through existing clients and repeat - A really proactive attitude is essential
  • Fact finds customers, gather information, assess their needs - provide excellent customer experience
  • A mix of field sales (80%) and home based 10-20%)
  • Produce quotes, follow ups, manage accounts - generate growth referrals and new revenue
  • Generating new leads, following up existing, historical leads and customers
  • Account manages existing customers
  • This also involves working with large customers, who may have multiple sites.
  • Target orientated proactive sales and account management role

Who we need: an excellent, organised field sales professional who loves growth and networking

  • Previous field sales experience in a technical Sales engineer role or similar
  • Ideally an engineering - service sales and PTR in developing accounts
  • Someone self-motivated with hunger and drive
  • Organised self-starter but a team player, down to earth, humble.
  • Experience in technical sales role with a solution focussed mindset
