As we look to the future and a result of exciting expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitions and dynamic individual to join our team as Sales Manager / General Manager, to work with and mentor our sales team, in order to drive business growth.
To be successful in this Sales Manager / General Manager role, you will have;
- A proven track record as a business manager, sales controller or Sales Manager within the automotive industry
- Good financial and commercial understanding
- The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment
Your Sales Manager / General Manager duties will include;
- Reporting to the managing director, the amin goal will be to enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles.
- Motivate and support the sales team
- Ensure effective stock profiling and management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that boost sales.
