As we gear up to inaugurate our UK office, we are in pursuit of an energetic and highly driven Sales Manager to spearhead our market penetration in both the UK and US.

Role overview:
In the role of Sales Manager at OSMETALL, you will be instrumental in propelling our expansion strategy in the UK. Your primary responsibility will involve amplifying our market presence in the UK, while also exploring and capitalizing on new opportunities in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate, nurture, expand, and oversee customer accounts within the UK, forging key relationships with pivotal contacts at each prospective client.
• Represent OSMETALL in engagements with clients, suppliers, and external contractors, maintaining the utmost level of professionalism.
• Set and achieve sales targets and budgets for your designated territory and market.
• Identify and harness project sales opportunities in both the UK and USA.
• Oversee communications and requisite negotiations with both internal and external entities.
• Ensure top-tier professional communication, be it verbal or written, with all OSMETALL team members, clients, suppliers, and external contractors in your assigned region.
Qualifications:
• Substantial experience in an industrial sales role, preferably within the steel pipe sector, with relevant sales exposure in the UK.
• A robust educational background in a related field or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience.
• Profound business acumen and a solid sales mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess.
• Outstanding customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Key Position Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong planning and organizational acumen.
• Familiarity with logistics and the associated distribution challenges.
• Direct experience in cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
