Baltex is a leading manufacturer of Technical Textiles supplying the Aerospace, Military and Healthcare sectors to name a few. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Office/Sales team. We are looking for a competent Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our friendly team based at our head office in Ilkeston. The ideal candidate will be hard working and able to undertake a variety of office/sales support tasks. This person will be comfortable working to a high degree of attention to detail while being able to multitask, as no one day is the same.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Marketing support for mail shots and social media posts
- Customer service – processing orders and relevant paperwork
- Sales support with exhibitions and follow up
- General office duties
- Support for various customer based selling platforms
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Conduct research and compile data upon request
- Updating spreadsheets
- Issuing customer questionnaires and supplying feedback to the wider team
Skills:
- Good standard of education including Maths and English
- Organised and able to multitask
- Solid IT skills including Microsoft packages, social media platforms and SAGE 200.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- To have a can-do attitude and be a team player
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written
- Time management
- 2 year’s previous experience of similar role would be advantageous
