SalarySales & Marketing Executive
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne
Salary: c £27,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Our client is a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of sports safety matting. With 5 separate business divisions, they offer a wide range of products, such as gymnastics mats, crash mats, wall padding and much more. They also provide a fully bespoke design, manufacture and installation service for padding solutions suitable for a wide range of environments including Schools, Universities, Martial Arts Clubs, Climbing Wall Centre’s, Leisure Centre’s, NHS facilities and many more and they are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is predominantly focused on marketing but also incorporates e-commerce, sales administration and customer service.
Your duties will be varied and in particular you will manage the company website and social media platforms, create compelling marketing material, analyse market trends, participate in events & trade shows and oversee the online sales process from product listing to pricing including processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, handling customer calls and liaising with the production and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
All in all, you will be involved in all aspects of the Sales & Marketing function in order to drive sales growth.
Skills and Qualifications
To be shortlisted for this role you will need:
- A proven track record of success in a marketing or sales role
- To be passionate about sports and have a creative flair for marketing.
- Experience of creating brochures/product data sheets in house using marketing software
- To be fully proficient with a CRM system along with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a constant focus on providing outstanding customer service.
