Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum

- OTE expectations within the first year: £28,000 - £34,000.

The Role -Sales & Marketing Executives:
International Property Media is currently hiring Property Awards Sales Executives to work in the city centre of Newcastle on a salary plus uncapped commission basis.
We’re inviting confident sales professionals with excellent communication skills to be part of an exciting sales environment that supports and rewards the global property industry.
Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Executives:
- You will be speaking to UK and international prospects, introducing the International Property Awards, encouraging them to enter their projects and represent their region.
- You will be researching potential new prospects as well as following up on existing leads.
- While your initial sales will be of Awards entries, as you build up your pipeline your successful clients can later be approached for a wide range of other products, including Awards presentations, events, advertising in winner publications and our magazine International Property & Travel.
- Achievable sales targets will be set.
Requirements – Sales & Marketing Executives:
- A background in sales is preferable, but we also acknowledge and embrace candidates with an eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed.
- Target driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the property industry is beneficial.
- Good telephone manner and strong spoken and written English skills.
- Due to the international nature of the business, some flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Additional languages are useful but not essential.
