Job Title              Sales & Marketing Manager – Luxury Venue

Salary:                 £50,000 + Bonus

Location:             Kent

We are working with a stunning Luxury Venue in Kent who host an array of events from spectacular weddings, conferences with a difference to wellness retreats.
We are looking for an experienced sales and Marketing Manager to join the team, responsible for creating the strategy, coming up with creative ideas and promotions to market the venue and drive awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy
• Revenue generation through direct sales, partnerships, and online channels
• Identify and engage new market segments for growth
• Lead digital marketing campaigns
• Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
• Collaborate with luxury brands to enhance market presence and drive awareness
• Proactively reaching out to new potential clients
• Assisting with delivery of marketing campaign

Skills and Experience:

• A proven track record of exceeding sales and marketing goals
• Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or wellness sectors
• Exceptional digital marketing experience
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer relationship management
• A creative and strategic thinker
• Excellent network of contacts with luxury hospitality
