Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Luton - office based Mon-Fri (hybrid working not available)
£25,000 - 33,000 DOE
Butler Rose are delighted to be partnered with this Luton based growing SME who are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or enhance their career within a Sales & Marketing environment and would be well suited to you if you fulfil any of the following criteria:
- 2+ years marketing/sales experience looking for your next challenge and an opportunity to develop your career further
- Recent graduate looking for an introduction into a new and exciting career in Sales & Marketing
- Current/recent experience within an office environment, perhaps in an administrative or customer service based role and looking to enhance your career further in a more focused role
The duties of this role include:
- Working with the Global Events Manager and Head of Marketing, coordinating events across Europe including, booking events, organising logistics and procuring relevant display materials
- Coordinating invitations and attendees
- Facilitating production of customer guides and technical materials, including dealing with FAQ's
- Produce and distribute sales materials
- Coordinating customer communication, liaising with key stakeholders for approvals
- Assessing performance of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the production of weekly reports
In order to fulfil this role successfully it is essential that you:
- Are a good communicator; confident in customer facing environments and with some experience working in a professional setting working both on the telephone and via email
- Have an excellent attention to detail and are naturally diligent and organised
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment and have a flexible approach to multi-tasking.

Please note: this is an OFFICE BASED role, due to the nature of the position this is not offered on a hybrid working basis and office attendance is required Mon-Frid.
