Salary: £25,000- £40,000 OTE

Days/ Times: Monday- Friday 8:45- 17:30 / Alternate Saturdays 9:00- 16:00 (Day off in lieu)

Our client is a well-established independent Estate Agent. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their fabulous team! You’ll be working in a team delivering high-quality Sales Negotiation and putting the Vendors and Buyers at the core of everything. You will have a flexible approach and a positive attitude. You will need to be, methodical, and organised with the ability to work under pressure and have attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
2. Listing and Marketing: Create compelling property listings, leveraging your experience to showcase the unique features of each property. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
3. Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
4. Viewings: Conduct property viewings, effectively communicating the property's value and addressing any inquiries from potential buyers.
5. Sales Progression: Oversee the sales progression process, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
6. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and local competition to provide strategic insights and advice to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in property sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the real estate market.
2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
3. Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation techniques, with a focus on achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
4. Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
5. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supporting a positive and results-driven team environment.
