SalaryA brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Sales negotiator to join our client a well-respected independent Estate Agency based in Bradford on avon,Wiltshire. This is a excellent role to start your property career where training and future progression will be available to the successful candidate.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be first point of contact for buyers ensuring the buying process is smooth. You will guide the buyers from initial enquiry through the viewing process and negotiating the offer with buyer and vendor. No previous estate agency experience is required as full training will be provided however previous sales experience will be an advantage.
Main Duties for the Sales Negotiator
- Able to build relationships with both buyers and vendors.
- Good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas.
- Working towards targets.
- Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers
- Generating and conduct viewings on listed properties.
The Ideal Sales Negotiator will have.
- First class customer service.
- Capable and confident individual.
- Ability to build new relationships with new and existing clients.
- Enjoy working towards targets.
Sales Negotiator Package.
- £20k -£22k OTE £30k
- Own car required - business mileage paid.
- Monday - Friday 9am-6:00pm with alternate Saturdays 1 in 2 9am - 4pm
