Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our client’s team in Newark. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While primarily focused on sales negotiation, this role may also involve valuing properties and undertaking a variety of other duties to support clients and ensure the smooth operation of the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, providing detailed information about properties and answering any questions.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to effectively match them with suitable properties.
- Assist with property valuations, conducting thorough research and analysis to accurately assess market value.
- Stay informed about market trends, property regulations, and industry developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Represent the agency professionally at all times, demonstrating integrity, honesty, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property sales negotiation, preferably within the Newark area.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of property valuation techniques and an understanding of market trends.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications, including CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Valid driver's license.
