Form of workOur client, a market-leading independent Agent is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing close-knit team in Birmingham.

Working hours of a Sales Negotiator:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 3 pm (Half day off in lieu)
Our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- £25,000 basic
- £35,000 OTE
- Career progression

- 30 days holiday per year
Sales Negotiator requirements
- Previous Sales Negotiator experience
- Highly organised and time-efficient
- Full UK driver’s license
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Able to well independently as well as in a team
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include but will not be limited to:
- Booking in valuations
- Booking and conducting Viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Building rapport with customers and 3rd party contacts
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
