Responsibilities include:
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all clients and customers.
- Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers.
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
- Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement
- Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
- Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities
Requirements:
- Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Prior experience as a Sales Negotiator within the real estate sector is essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Well organised with an attention to detail and a drive to succeed
- A full driving licence and own vehicle is required
