Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Mayfair team. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the sales process, including sales progression, managing vendor/client relationships, providing administration support, conducting market appraisals, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful completion of sales. The position also involves canvassing, arranging viewings, and actively participating in the marketing of our high-end properties.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Generating and conducting market appraisals
2. Marketing properties effectively
3. Successfully negotiating offers
4. Progressing sales from initiation to completion
5. Providing comprehensive back-office and administration support to Agents
6. Arranging and assisting in conducting property viewings

Experience and Desirables:

1. Previous experience in Estate Agency, specifically in Prime Central London, is a must-have for this role.
2. Possession of a full and clean UK driving license.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
