- £27k-£30k basic, £55k OTE with uncapped earning potential
- 100% Commission paid on reservation
- Tuesday/Wednesday off

As a key member of the sales team, you'll:
- �? Showcase exceptional New Homes to prospective buyers
- Guide them through the homebuying process with professionalism and expertise
- ??Drive sales by building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect property
- ?? Collaborate closely with developers, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions from start to finish
- ?? Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis to effectively position our homes and maximize sales opportunities
- ?? Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression
About You:
- Proven track record in property sales, preferably in New Homes
- A excellent understanding off the North London Camden patch
- Abiity to progress your own sales
- Ability to sell off plan
