Sales Negotiator

We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global Real Estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their team in Islington.

The Sales Negotiator must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a notable track record in Residential Estate Agency Sales. It is essential you can prove your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers, as well as be able to work well as part of a team to ensure targets are being hit.

As Sales Negotiator, you will receive the following:

• £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
• Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance
• £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of buyers including generating and conducting viewings.
• Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor and purchaser management, and constant client care.
• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins, in a professional manner.
