SalarySales Negotiator - Estate Agent in East Finchley
*Essentials - Driving licence & experience as a negotiator*
OTE up to £60k - Basic salary up to £22k dependent on experience & circa £300 per month car/fuel allowance
5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS!
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other member of staff.
Requirements:
Experience in a negotiator position
Self-driven with a can do attitude
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
Well organised
Interest in property
A natural Negotiator
A Full Driving Licence
