Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings and valuations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Negotiating and closing property deals to achieve sales targets.
- Staying updated on market trends and property values in the Ashby de la Zouch area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
