Sales Office administrator required to process customers telephone orders & enquiries using Sage & Microsoft office, candidate must be methodical & able to process the full audit trail through to invoice & despatch documentation. Some credit control work & general stock management systems & must be a team player working in a small office of 4 co-workers. Applicant must be numerate & have good computer skills with a good telephone manner. We are a Tile wholesaler & retailer & is a mid size company so a general ability & flexibility to get involved in other administrative roles as required.
Must be able to deal with an active Sales Force & large customer base with the associated demands & support that they require.

Part-Time role could be considered.
Applicants will ideally have a driving license. Hours Monday -Friday 5 days week with 4 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
