Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a passion for sales and event management? Our client is a leading events venue seeking a Sales Office Manager to join their team.

As the Sales Office Manager you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing a dedicated office team of two, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Office.

Sales office Manager Salary: Up to £36,000 depending on experience

Key responsibilities of the Sales Office Manager:

  • Lead and motivate the sales and events team of two to achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Swiftly respond to all enquires, craft captivating proposals and contracts.
  • Give a clear hand over to the events operations team who will manage the planning stage and deliver the service on the day.
  • Prepare for and carry out show rounds.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports discussing the commentary in the business meetings.
  • Maintain regular contact with past clients, lost business and all enquiries for all new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager hosting fam trips and showcases at the venue.

Sills required for the Sales Office Manager:

  • Proven experience managing the event sales process from receiving the enquiry though to confirming contracts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
