Our established client is a worldwide market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of top quality electrical equipment. Based in the outskirts of Glasgow, our client is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their UK Sales team.
Your new role
You will be working in the office from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12:30pm on Fridays. You will be coordinating customer sales enquiries and processing customer orders through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the organisation professionally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Prepare and send quotations from customer enquires.Negotiate delivery times relating to enquiries, closing sales and receive orders.Sales order processing and operation functions.Liasing with Sales Operations Planners and internal departments to coordinate orders.Prepare export shipments, liaising with carriers and completing transport documents.Action customer complaints and ensure they are dealt with in a positive manner.Sales administration support.What you'll need to succeedProven experience in sales or other specialist administration roles.The ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.Provide high levels of customer service.Competency in the use of Microsoft packages.What you'll get in returnFlexible working options are available.Free on-site parking£200 attendance allowance.Bonus up to 10% based on company performance.3 x life assurance.30 days annual leave.8 days off over Christmas.A welcoming office culture.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
