We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our existing team. This is a great opportunity for some who is looking
for challenging role with future progression within the business.
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
Location: Sheffield (S9)
What you’ll be doing:
* Order Processing (internal and external) Using EDI or via Supplier websites.
* Processing Credit card transactions.
* Using back-order reports to obtain Proof of delivery.
* Creating and requesting part codes on our CRM systems.
* Monitoring placed EDIs and resolving any failures.
* Amending Sales/Purchase Orders.
* Providing ETAs for Account Managers.
* Be in constant communication with Stores regarding deliveries.
* Processing Engineering Orders.
* Processing Third Party Maintenance Contracts.
* Submitting and administering Bids and Deal Registrations.
What we are looking for:
* Excellent written and verbal English language skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* You approach your work in an organised, methodical, and diligent way, with excellent record keeping ability.
* You are confident using Office 365, including Excel.
* Able to meet strict deadlines and complete a variety of tasks within specified timeframes.
* You are a quick learner, have a passion for customer service, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
* You enjoy being part of a team and foster a collaborative environment through effective communication.
