Team & Role

We are hiring for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to join our growing Sales Team and report directly to the VP Sales. This role is critical in making sure our growth and expansion goals are on track, while looking into various metrics, processes and tools, making sure we are running our sales efficiently and successfully. The role will suit an energetic and highly driven and analytical person, with a tendency towards constant improvement and the ability to read data to find solutions to problems.

What We Are Looking For

  • You will be managing CRM data to make sure all processes run smoothly and effectively
  • You will be managing the revenue tech stack
  • You will be overseeing the sales funnel & performing sales forecasting
  • You will be monitoring key KPIs for the Sales Team for reporting purposes
  • You will be deeply curious and analytical, supporting us slice and dice data from our CRM to collect insights
  • You will be responsible for building and enhancing dashboards in our CRM, Hubspot
  • You will be working with Sales Leadership to develop organisational goals
  • You will be training & coaching our SDRs and BDRs
  • You will be the contact person for all things sales operations related and you will be working cross-functionally with the Client & Marketing Teams making sure all related data has been recorded on our internal systems in due time

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have 4-8 years of experience in a Sales Operations/Enablement role, preferably in a SaaS tech business, Series B or later in a FS related field
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • You have experience using Hubspot
  • Experience with Chilli Piper and Lusha are a plus
  • You are strong in data analyses and passionate about business growth
  • You can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and you have a strong organisational skills
  • You are fluent/native in English
