Sales Order Administrator
Our client is looking for an individual to join their friendly team, where you will support and assist with the smooth running and processing of all new orders.

Immediate Start
Supporting the wider sales team, you will process all incoming orders, ensuring they are inputted onto the system quickly to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Liaising with the warehouse, you will update to all parties any delivery changes or delays and where necessary source alternative products, working to specific costings.
The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be organised with high attention to detail.
This is a varied role and by being highly organised you help the sales teams and company achieve their targets and goals, whilst helping maintain successful business relationships. You will need to be Fully IT proficient and enjoy learning new systems and processes.
- Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Assist with all associated administrative work
- Use in-house system to run reports
- Update in-house portal with delivery information, stock details
- Complete scanning and archiving for Sales teams
- Input and load orders and deals onto system
- Communicating with logistics team to keep up to date on delivery status / any delays
- Create Sales Orders as required.
