Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a rarely available opportunity for a part time, term time only role, for a market leading organisation based in Leatherhead.
Working hours are 9.30am-3pm, 3 days a week, remote options available. Term time only, with a small number of days during the longer holidays to maintain workload.
Supporting a manager and the wider team, this role will involve managing the full sales order lifecycle, from enquiry through to Order Processing, delivery and invoice.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Processing enquiries and leads received from various sources
- Updating and maintaining sales and customer records using Salesforce CRM
- Liaising with customers to obtain information
- Raising invoices/credit notes for new and existing customers using Xero
- Liaising with internal departments
- Creating customer agreements
- Sending new customer documentation
- Raising work orders/customer service tasks
- Creating customer subscriptions
- Running monthly reports
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting with credit control, incoming payments and accounts receivable
- Assisting with quotes and sales documentation
- Processing invoices and staff expense claims
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Previous experience in a Sales Admin or Order Processing role
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Experience of Salesforce CRM or similar
- Experience of Xero would be beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Highly organised, and able to work to deadlines
- Team player with excellent organisational skills
