Our client, located just on the outskirts of Cambridge, is actively seeking a driven individual to join their Sales Order processing team, the perfect candidate will be driven and confident – ready to face the variety of tasks and challenges this role provides!

Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales/ administration experience is advantageous
- Excellent customer service
- Experience handling high volumes of calls and emails
- Strong attention to detail is key
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Duties:
- Speak to customers over the phone and email.
- Process and load orders onto the system – completing this at a high volume and with high accuracy
- Advise on products and pricing.
- Make sure customers receive confirmation of orders within 24 hours.
- Evaluate all orders to make sure they are processed correctly.
- Assist customers with any queries they have in an efficient and timely manner.
- Deal with any complaints
- Update customers on delivery/stock delays
