SalaryCentral Employment is working with a UK-leading MSP that is looking to expand its team in Gateshead which is looking for a Sales Order Processor to work closely with the SOP Manager.
Under the supervision of the SOP Manager, this team is primarily responsible for overseeing Sales Orders within the group, spanning from deal acceptance to the delivery and invoicing of customers. This entails the processing of both Sales Orders and purchase orders to suppliers.
Key Duties:
- Provide support with various administrative tasks and generate required reports.
- Regularly update the company’s sales portal and tracking sheets.
- Perform scanning and archiving duties for Direct Sales activities across all regions.
- Upload deals onto the portal for Direct Sales regions and forward them to the logistics team.
- Oversee the Sales order process to guarantee smooth order processing.
- Address internal and external lease queries promptly.
- Serve as the coordinator for all third-party lease companies.
- Generate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Direct Sales Managers.
- Place orders for all sales hardware.
